  • Focus on activities that relax you after a hard day of work. Whether its going for a walk, listening to soft music or reading a book.
  • There are convenient ways to schedule a massage and read up on which one would best suite you so take time to do some research.
  • Do something spontaneous, think about what you felt like after you did it.
  • Take a warm bath and imagine that your worries and fears are going down the drain.
